Regarding to Hua Hin district is the place where government chose to organize the Asean Summit 2009 and heavily security measures were imposed by military authorities. BHH had to pause the construction work even before until the end of the Asean Summit period. This reason caused the delay in completion as of condo B and Townhouses skilled labor needs time to mobilize. So we have to postpone the completion of whole building Condominium B and Townhouse from December 2009 to January 2010. Nevertheless BHH will issue the notifying letter for inspection and title transfer to the clients of Condo B within December 2009.

Condominium B’s mainbuildingarchitectural work and plastering work is 100% finished. Floor 3-17 architectural work, ceiling work, and floor work is 100% finished. The swimming pool architectural work is 80% finished; the main equipments of M&E work have already been installed 97%, the installing of elevators is 80% finished, car park building structural work and painting work is 95% finished. The construction of townhouse in Lagoon 2&4, Zone 1 (L4 Plan 21-26), the structural work of 1^st floor is 100% and the architectural work of 1^st-2^nd floor is 90% finished the system work is 90% finished. Zone 2 (L4 Plan 8-13), the structural work of roof floor is 100% finished, the system work is 70% and the architectural work is 60% finished. The zone 3 (L2 plan 8-11) of Lagoon 2 structural work is 100% finished and architectural work is 40% finished and the system work is 50% finished. The zone 4 (L4 plan 2-7) of Lagoon 4 structural work in 2^nd floor is 100% finished, and architectural work in 1^st floor is 70% finished, and the system work is 80% finished. The zone 5 (L2 plan 2-7) of Lagoon 2 structural work in 2^nd floor is 100% finished and the architectural work is 30% finished. 1The zone 6 (L2 plan 12-13) of Lagoon 2 structural work is 100% finished and the architectural work is 70% finished. The zone 7 (L4 plan 21-26) of Lagoon 4 structural work in 3^rd floor is 100% finished and the architectural work is 20% finished. The zone 8 (L2 plan 23-28) of Lagoon 2 structural work is 100% finished and the architectural work is 30% finished.
