Project Management Construction of Condominium B has now started with the pile driving work since March. BHH is preparing final drawing of condominium D (which will be called “Riviera Wing”) to submit for approval for the airport safety zone to the Department of Civil Aviation. Condominium D is in the final designing stage and is the last and most luxurious condominium of the project scheduled to open for sales in April 2008. Moreover, BHH has installed 3 IP Cameras for real time on-line viewing through the internet at http://boathousehuahin.dyndns.org:81 (camera on floor 12th of condominium A), http://boathousehuahin.dyndns.org:82 (camera at Lagoon 1 area) and http://boathousehuahin.dyndns.org:83 (camera at beachfront area) login as guest with password : guest   Construction Work Condominium C structure work is 99% completed, architectural 64.73%, electricity 49.44% , plumbing 82.65%, and HVAC is 61.61%%. Condominium B piling work is 38% completed and expected to get done in April 2008.   Condominium A is 100% completed with customers have received the titles and moved in since 12 Dec 07. Lagoon 1 villas are 100% completed where customers have received the titles and moved in since 26 Nov 07. The “Lighthouse” clubhouse and the “Clubhouse” sport complex are 100% finished and now open for services.
