Project Management Boathouse Hua Hin Company Limited—BHH—has received the airport safety zone clearance from the Department of Civil Aviations for constructing Condominium D and is hiring Prisma Architect Interior by Khun Pisamai Chitvimol to design interior of the building in the French Riviera style. Condominium C’s construction is in full speed to finish while its condominium license issuing is in process preparing for the title transfers that are planned to begin in the upcoming third quarter.    Construction Work Condominium C’s structural work (excluding the swimming pool) is 99% finished, architectural work 75%, electrical work 67%, plumbing work 90%, and HVAC work 78%.   Condominium B’s piling work is 99% finished and expected to get done in April. Condominium A is 100% finished with the buyers receiving the titles and moving in since 12th December 2007. Lagoon 1 villas are 100% finished with the buyers receiving the titles and moving in since 26th November 2007. The Lighthouse clubhouse and the Clubhouse service house are 100% finished and already operational. The Beachfront Park is 100%. The Featured Park is 100% structurally finished while the architectural work is on progress and expected to finish in May 2008.
