Construction Work Condominium C’s structural work is 100% finished, architectural work 85%, electrical 80%, plumbing 95%, HVAC 85% and structural work of front swimming pool 100%. Condominium B’s piling work is 100% finished progressing onto the foundation work. The “Lighthouse” clubhouse and the “Clubhouse” multi-function building are 100% finished and already in service. The Beachfront Park is 100% completed while the Featured Park’s structural work is 100% finished and architectural work underway expected to complete in June 2008.
