Project Management
To adjust to current market conditions and maintain potential to complete the project in 3 years, BHH has decided to conduct a master plan change which turns some single house plots for sales into common facilities increasing the green area by about 1,900 sq.wah. and the internal road by about 335 sq.wah. Lagoon 2 and 4 will consist of 56 plots of single houses, townhouses and semi-detached houses instead of 46 plots of straight single houses previously designed. The overall result is a net decrease in the total number of housing plots for sale in the housing estate from 114 to 110. Condominium D which previously was a 50,000 sqm. building will be divided into 2 smaller buildings (new D and E). The existing parts other than these will still be the same. As of Condo C, BHH has received the official titles of all 94 units from the Department of Lands already and submitted a request to the Royal Treasury to issue the official prices of them which is expected to complete in August and therefore registration of the condominium in September 2008.
 
Construction Work
Condominium C’s structural work is 100% finished, architectural work 92%, electrical 95%, plumbing 99%, HVAC 98% and ceramic tiling work of the front swimming pool 75%. Condominium B’s piling work is 100% finished, foundation work of main building 80%, car park building 20% and 1st floor structure more than 10%. The Featured Park’s structural, architectural and landscape works are now 100% completed.
