Project Management BHH is preparing final drawings of Condominium E and the first draft of Condominium D to open sales of Condominium E by the end of this year and of Condominium D next year (2009). U&Habitat, the subcontractor of interior work of the 2 lobbies in Condominium C, will finish and handover the works to BHH around mid October 2008.   As for the masterplan change, The Phetchaburi Provincial Environmental Impact Study Committee has approved it already on 29th August 2008 and the approval by the Provincial Land Subdivision Committee is expected to take place in September 2008.     Construction Work Condominium C’s structural work is 100% finished, architectural work 97%, electrical 98%, plumbing 100%, HVAC 100% and swimming pool tiling 100% on which the water retaining test will be conducted within 4th September 2008. Condominium B’s foundation work of the main building is 100% finished, of the car park building 50%, and structural work of the 1st floor more than 60%. The Featured Park’s structural, architectural and landscape works are now 100% completed.
