Charms of the Past...Last to Inspire
Ever since the southern railway was built almost 90 years ago, Hua Hin has been the preferred seaside escape of people with the finest appreciation for the timeless best things in life. Simple yet precious things like soft sunlight and balmy sea breezes filtering beneath cream-painted wooden eaves, the rhythmic sound of aquamarine waves gently breaking on white sandy shores, and sipping iced tea on a shady porch as you watch tiny fishing vessels melting into the hazy horizon.
One such person who prized those sensual delights was H.H. Prince Devawongs Varodaya, the grandfather of the world renowned master of contemporary Thai architecture Mom Luang Tridhosyuth Devakul (alias Mom Tri) who built Baan Tridhos. Today, this timeless classic residence still stands, capturing the charm and magic of the location with uncanny complementarity to this day and at the same time representing a superb investment.
Now – like grandfather, like grandson – and with inspiration from the Prince’s work, Mom Tri, through his Deva Studio Co.,Ltd., has conceptually designed his own truly extraordinary variations on this enchanting theme - the Boathouse Hua Hin project with over 78 tranquil rais of land to be a safe, prestigious summer community for classic individuals. His conceptual design is elegant, enchanting, and unique contemporary Thai style that will revitalize everyone who come to pass like no other can. The project will be managed by Knight Frank Chartered (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
Boathouse Hua Hin, comprising of 110 villas, townhouse, semi-detached house and 5 single-loaded corridor condominiums is to become an absolute society, on a plot of beachfront land covering more than 78.5 rais . Boathouse Hua Hin warmly welcomes you with a first glimpse of the eastern Venice charm through a Free-Form Swimming Pool, extending from the project’s front to the beach, encompassing greenish gardens in a Tropical Paradise style, garden designed by M.L. Poomchai Chumbala (The Garden Designer and Adornment of Mrigadayavan Palace). The sculptures of Abundance and Prosperity in the beachfront garden are made with an aim to blend contemporary art with ancient Chinese 108 auspicious emblems. The 108 auspicious emblems signify luck, wealth, abundance, success, and longevity. The sculptures designed by Khun Wasinburee Supanichvoraparch who received Best Design Award 2007 from Silpakorn University in ceramic field. He is the 3rd generation of “Tao Hong Tai” ceramic factory of Ratchaburi Province. The Interior design of the Clubhouse (dining room and fitness room) is by P Interior & Associates Co., Ltd. Its swimming pool is the longest - 12 times the size of an Olympic pool. Its amenities and landscaping have been constructed at a cost of over Baht 520 million by Christiani & Nielsen (Thai) Plc.
